Absolutely beautiful and fantastic tours!!!
The tours were amazing and so much fun from cooking classes to wine tastings and a Limoncello tasting to a ceramic class where we painted our own ceramic tiles and had a lesson on how ceramics are created. Plus many more tours of churches, a palace and different farms where one was seeing how buffalo mozzarella was made! Also had a tour of a wine cellar where wine is made and it’s a restaurant and they have 13 different grape vineyards! Delicious wines!!!
The Limoncello farm is where we learned how they made their Limoncello and had a tasting as well. The best Limoncello we have ever had…so smooth!! We also went to an anchovy factory to learn and see how they are caught at night and processed to make their anchovy pesto and anchovy oil.
Highly recommended!!! We will be back!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this trip. We enjoyed the ability to interact with many of the local people. We enjoyed the individual small experiences with local artists, farmers, restaurants and, wine makers. We love the small number of people that a lot of us to do many things that we could not have done on a larger tour and we enjoyed getting to know everyone. Our tour guide was amazing. Michaele went absolutely out of his way for all of us. Individually as well as our group. No detail was unattended. He even dealt with the boat company because they messed up and we were going to have to make an extra stop. That did not happen. I lost my phone. He was absolutely wonderful and helping me to find it. If we needed a restaurant recommendation not only would he recommend them, but bring us to the places so he could speak to the owners in Italian when we were in places where they did not speak English. I just can’t say enough good stuff about him. He is a real gem.

It was the most comprehensive tour of the Amalfi area of Italy that we could find.

I would go to the airport tomorrow and do it all over again

Luca was an incredible tour leader, he really was very caring about our health and safety and was passionate about the experiences we had and the places we visited.
Our experiences were varied and stimulating and the food in Southern Italy could not be beat. Having taken four trips with Blue-Roads, this was by far my favorite!

First I have to say that Flavio and his talents as a tour leader is the best. He engages everyone equally and is always ensuring that everyone involved. That special needs are being met.
The tour itself was so interesting. The landscape the history which cannot be appreciated without seeing it first hand. To experience the people, lifestyle, and weather cannot be appreciated without going there. We always recommend Blue(Black) Roads!

Fantastic comprehensive tour with wonderful tour leader, guides, driver and good hotels perfectly located.

This was our first tour experience. The pace was a little intense for us, but the size of the group was very appealing. The group was very compatible and the company was delightful. We enjoyed being the only Americans among Aussies and New Zealanders. The active experiences like cooking and painting tiles and access to local small farms and businesses were treats. The tour guide was such a pleasure to be with and extraordinarily knowledgeable, organized, competent and charming. The local guides and the driver were also outstanding.

The tour indeed takes you to back road places with excellent local guides to explore the area. The primary tour guide was very capable, kind and informative. Our fellow tour members were an affable group of mostly retired folks from Australia, curious and friendly. One plus is staying five nights in one hotel. That hotel is in a delightful Amalie town but has rather small rooms. One caution- be prepared for some full days with lots of walking.

This tour was a delightful expereince in every way. It gave me the feel of life along the beautiful Amalfi coast: its unique culture, its warm and resilient people, its long history and present day concerns. I LOVED it!

I rated at a four star rating due to some of our stops being a bit too fast and not allowing time to wander a bit. Seeing multiple places and cities was fabulous but having two back-to-back garden tours in one morning was too much. Start with a brief tour of a garden, castle, etc and then allow a bit of time for the travelers to tour the shops and town on their own.
