It was first rate! Our guide Michele was excellent as were the tours and excursions. the accommodation was diverse and gave us (well, me anyway) a good feel about the country. The educational aspect was first rate. I would go back to Sicily and any other Backroads tours in a heartbeat!!

Our guide Mick was wonderful. We had a small group - only 5 people - and all got along well. The itinerary, the guide, Michaela, and the driver Johnny was good everyone enjoyed the trip very much.

It was nice to be in a van rather than a bus.

Splendours of Sicily was a great tour. The places visited were stunning and the food exceptional. Our guide Luca Antonio Sica was phenomenal. He reacted to unforeseen conditions with promptness and good humor. Our Driver Gianni kept us safe with smooth navigation of streets and roads. Would love to do it all over again.

The tour was fabulous! The hotels were good, the actual tours were very interesting but what really made the tour was the tour leader Luca Sica! He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his job.!
And there were only 14 on the tour…..everyone got to know earshot other.

So many unique cities and destinations that will be a lasing memory. The food that was served at the various lunches was fabulous.
